Al Huntley

Russell ZieglerAl Huntley founded Acro Associates in 1976. From its early origins as a machine shop, Al pioneered and developed Acro into a leading innovator of high performance pinch valves with recognized expertise in medical device and bioprocessing applications. Today, his extensive design to manufacture expertise in all aspects of fluid control systems is sought out by major companies across many industries.


Russell Ziegler

President

Russell ZieglerRussell Ziegler is an accomplished leader with a 10 year history of producing dramatic improvements in profitability, operational excellence, employee morale and overall company standing. He joined Acro Associates in February 2007 from Adobe, Inc., where he was Director of Sales Operations. Previously, as Director of Finance and Operations at Macromedia, he was instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and profitability in the company’s Asia-Pacific region. Russell has a BS in Biochemistry from University of California, Davis and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.

Winston Wong

Vice President, Sales & Marketing line

Winston Wong Winston Wong brings 12 years of leadership and management experience in the life science markets. Prior to joining Acro, he was Director of the Microarray Scanner Business at Vidar Systems Corporation, where he managed commercial operations worldwide. Previously, he has held positions in sales and marketing with global responsibilities where he significantly drove and expanded business for companies such as Bio-Rad Laboratories, Stratagene, Sequenom and Agencourt Biosciences. Mr. Wong earned his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis and his MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Blaik Musolf

Engineering Director

Blaik MusolfBlaik Musolf has been providing technical expertise and innovation to manufacturers of precision electro-mechanical devices, industrial equipment and consumer products for over 30 years. At Acro, he has drawn from extensive experience in engineering design, product development, materials, fluids and manufacturing processes to lead the development of many successful design solutions for customers. Blaik has considerable expertise and training in ASME Geometric Tolerancing, Stackup Analysis, Design Verification, Product Testing and Solid Modeling.  Prior to joining Acro in 1995,  Blaik spent 18 years with Micropump Corporation, a leader in precision pumping solutions for laboratory and medical industries.

Rondi Davison

Corporate Services Director

Rondi DavisonRondi Davison is a central point of contact for expert support and service to Acro customers. In addition to customer service, she also oversees accounting, finance, human resources and facility management. Prior to joining Acro in 2002, Rondi held management positions at two privately held pump distributors and was Assembly Supervisor and Sales Manager for Micropump Corporation. Rondi has sold and supported engineered products for over 25 years, and brings this extensive “real-world” experience to supporting Acro and its customers.

JoAnn Wood

Quality and Document Control Director

JoAnn WoodJoAnn Wood has been instrumental in developing Acro’s superior quality systems. In just under three years with the company, she has established and implemented a number of quality assurance programs and developed a formal document control center. In addition, she recently spearheaded Acro’s ISO certification process. JoAnn has 30 years of design, manufacturing processes and quality experience in the engineering field, with expertise in TQMS, SMT, JIT, and ISO.  She is a certified quality auditor and a member of the American Society of Quality Engineers.

Corinne Bailey

Senior Materials Manager

Corinne BaileyCorinne Bailey has 20 years of experience in the procurement field, with 10 in management. She joined Acro in the fall of 2007. In previous positions, she has overseen both purchasing and planning departments at manufacturing firms, developing extensive cost-management expertise. Most recently, she was Procurement Specialist at Pacific Ozone where she planned and purchased materials. Prior to that, she was Contracts Administrator at DST Systems, where she was responsible for negotiating enterprise-wide national agreements.

Lara Huntley

Production Manager

Lara HuntlyLara Huntley provides experience and know-how that positively impacts manufacturing at every level. She has been an essential contributor to the ISO certification process and to enhancing the company’s information technology system to support its returns and services, parts and equipment inventory and lot traceability processes. She also spearheaded the development of Acro’s refurbishment program. Lara works closely with the engineering department to transition customer-specific designs to production, ensuring high quality and efficient contract manufacturing. Lara has a bachelor’s degree from California State University in Long Beach.
