Fundamentals of our Quality Management
Program
Acro's Quality Management Program is
designed to ensure we meet or exceed our customer’s
performance and regulatory requirements. Today, Acro Associates
operates under an ISO 9001:2000 certified quality system.
This enhances and strengthens our existing Quality Management
Program through recognition of an international standard,
valuable management reviews, internal/external audits
and corrective/preventative actions to our quality practices.
Product Assurance
Through our Quality Management system
and experience, we instill confidence that our products
and services will meet standards of excellence day after
day, and lot after lot. All of our products and fluid
control systems are inspected, tested and calibrated to
ensure that they achieve design specifications and requirements
for reliability and performance. We calibrate pinching
force, pinch gap, stroke, and power consumption to ensure
optimization for your specific application.
Metrics
Measurement is a key part of our quality
system, and enables us to benchmark our continual improvement
efforts. At Acro, we retain metrics on all of our products
and services including: vendor certification/performance,
manufacturing yields/failures, product performance and
reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Training
Ongoing training and skill development
is supported throughout our organization. We believe that
investing in our employees’ development supports
