Pneumatically-actuated pinch valves with High Pinch Force
Acro Associate's Pneumatic Pinch Valves offer
high pinch forces and with their multi-million cycle life
are ideal for filling, dispensing, transfer, and vacuum operations;
and are capable of handling fluids, abrasive slurries, and powders.
A series of valves are available that can accommodate any flexible
tubing sized from 1/8" (3.2mm) to 3/4" (19mm). N/O and
N/C configurations are available. "Snap-in" Tube Loading
models permit installation of tubing without the need for a free
end. Panel mounting designs utilize a "Splash Seal",
allowing the units to be cleaned in place without disassembly.
Position Sensing option can facilitate tube detection as well as
valve position. valve are tested and calibrated specifically for
your application. 25+ years of design experience allows us to customize
valve to meet your exact needs.
