Solenoid Pinch Valves

Model 951 Solenoid Pinch Valves

The Model 951 is a two-way, normally-closed, solenoid operated pinch valve. It is designed to work with flexible tubing, where easy replacement of the entire fluid path is required. These valves are suitable for pressure or vacuum applications.

Standard Features

  • Snap-In Tube Loading for quick change of disposable tube sets.

  • Override Stem allows manual actuation of the valve for quick and easy tube loading.

  • Base Mounting design.

  • Valves calibrated to optimize performance.

  • Simple, reliable design with a million+ cycle life span.

  • No Wetted Parts and Zero Dead Volume.

  • Fast response time.

*Normally-Closed State: tubing is pinched when the valve is in a de-energized state.

Available Options

  • Pulse and Hold enhances valve performance while minimizing power consumption and heat generation. (This option is required for hard to pinch tubing materials and heat sensitive applications.)

  • Sound Dampening for noise reduction.

Acro’s pinch valves have been successfully used in applications where precise control of sterile fluids is required…

  • Blood analyzers to control test samples and fluids.

  • Kidney and peritoneal dialysis machines.

  • Surgical suction lines for body fluid recovery.

  • Arterial catheterization procedures.

  • Multi-fluid drug delivery and control systems.

  • Food and beverage dispensing equipment.

  • Metering and injection services.

  • Analyzing and sampling instrumentation.

  • Feed and anti-siphon control systems for high viscosity, powders and abrasive fluids.

  • Wafer processing and photo-resist equipment.

  • Peristaltic pump systems to handle on/off and emergency stop functions.

Our standard pinch valves can usually be tailored to meet the needs of most applications. Nearly all aspects of their designs may be altered.
