Our standard pinch valves can be tailored to meet
the needs of most applications.
Nearly all aspects of their designs may be altered: dimensions,
mounting configuration, wire termination, cabling, color,
surface finish, labeling, seals, position sensors, tube slots,
pinching characteristics (gap, total opening, force), electric/pneumatic
supply requirements, actuation/de-actuation times, noise,
number of tubes. If you can think of other ways, we can probably
do those, too.

For applications where a custom valve or fluid control
system is required, we will partner with
your engineering staff to produce a proprietary valve or system.
Our engineers will draw upon their 25+ years of design expertise
as well as the latest Solid Modeling and CAD/CAM tools to produce
a pinch valve design optimized for your needs. With our in-house
model shop and network of qualified vendors , we can provide
prototypes, pre-production, and production quantities according
to your timetable.
