Acro Associates pneumatic pinch valves include many unique standard and optional features that enable tailoring to your exact requirements

 

Standard Features
Snap-in tube loading for quick change of disposable tube sets. Allows tubing to be installed in the valve without requiring a free end; the middle of the tubing “snaps in” the valve body. Override button allows manual valve actuation for tube loading. Panel or base mounting allows mounting in any position and provides flexibility in meeting your system design requirements. Splash seals guard against spills and debris, prevent contaminants from entering the valve, and allow cleaning without disassembly.	Valves calibrated for each application to optimize performance. Strong pinching forces capable of handling a variety of flexible tubing materials. Simple, reliable design with a million* plus cycle life span. No wetted parts (except tubing). Zero dead volume. Smooth and quiet actuation with no heat generation in the actuated state.

Optional Features
Position sensing supplies electronic feedback on a valve's position or state and confirms that a valve is in the state dictated by a control input. Upon review of your application, our engineers can determine which position sensing package best meets your needs.	Sensor leads can be terminated to customer specifications. A three-way control valve is required for operation of all pneumatic valves. Can be purchased through Acro or customer supplied.
