Acro Associates solenoid pinch valves include many unique standard and optional features that enable tailoring to your exact requirements.

 

Standard Features
Override button allows manual actuation of the valve for easy tube loading and system troubleshooting. Integrated splash seals guard against spills and debris, prevent contaminants from entering the valve, and allow cleaning without disassembly. Include an internal plunger seal and external mounting seal. (Available in panel mount design only.) Snap-in tube loading for quick change of disposable tube sets. Allows tubing to be installed in the valve without requiring a free end; the middle of the tubing “snaps in” the valve body.	Panel mounting allows mounting in any position and provides flexibility in meeting your system design requirements. Valves calibrated for each application to optimize performance. Strong pinching forces capable of handling a variety of flexible tubing materials. Reliable, robust designs that support million* plus cycle spans. No wetted parts (except tubing). Zero dead volume. Fast response time. Safety power shut off default open or close valve positions.

Optional Features
Pulse and Hold enhances valve performance while minimizing power consumption and heat generation. (This option is required for hard to pinch tubing materials and heat sensitive applications.)	Position sensing supplies electronic feedback on a valve's position or state and confirms that a valve is in the state dictated by a control input. Sound dampening for noise reduction.
