quality keeps it there. Acro's in-house Quality Assurance
Department ensures that high standards are met and, more importantly,
that they are met consistently.
TESTING & CALIBRATION:
One of the features that makes Acro Associates'
pinch valves unique is that all valves are tested, calibrated
and certified specifically for your application.
If required by the customer's application, our Data Acquisition
System will check the calibration of each valve, compare key
parameters to specifications and then issue serial numbers.
An inspection report and certificate of compliance is produced
which lists test results for each valve. This system insures
the valve you receive conforms to the specification programmed
for your application.
LOT CONTROL& BAR CODING: Acro's
Lot Control program gives us the ability to offer full material
traceability, allowing us to track customer shipments
from finished serial number back to raw material lots. And
for those customers that require it, Acro will bar code your
finished product.
ON-TIME DELIVERY: Need a quick
turn-a-round? Acro will conform to your timeline,
with delivery being as critical of a requirement as proper
form, fit, and function.
